School Meal

At Oak Tree we believe that the key to fuelling young minds comes from ensuring that children are happy and healthy. As such we are proud to work with Chartwells for your children’s school lunches to ensure that children receive a range of tasty and nutritious food.

All children should provide a labeled water bottle for use during the day, which can be refilled as needed.

Children in Reception and KS-1 will be provided with a selection of free fruit and vegetables each day. All other children may bring their own healthy nut free snacks as needed.

Costs

Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Free School Meals

Children in these year groups receive free school meals. These still need to be booked in the normal way

Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6

Children in these year groups can have meals purchased at a cost of £3.20 per meal

Alternatively all children are welcome to bring a packed lunch that will be stored during the morning and made available to them at lunch time. Reminder that Oak Tree is a no nuts school and any packed lunch should not contain any products with nuts

How to order

Log on at www.parentpay.com to choose and book your meals. Orders need to be placed by midnight Thursday, ten days ahead of the week required. For example, meals for the week starting Monday 12th would have an order deadline of Thursday 1st.

You will have received an activation letter and temporary password to set up your ParentPay account. If you need this resent, please contact your school office.
